1. Who we are

2. The service

RSVBee lets you build a wedding page, send invitations by email to people you choose, and collect their responses. You need an account to create a wedding page. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.

3. Your guest list

You decide who receives an invitation. By uploading a guest list you confirm that you have a lawful basis to share those people's names and email addresses with us for this purpose, and that you will not use RSVBee to send unsolicited marketing. We send only the invitation and RSVP messages your use of the product triggers.

4. Payment

  • Building a wedding page, adding guests, tracking replies and exporting your guest list are free, with no time limit and no cap on how many guests you add. A free account can also send a small number of test emails to itself.
  • What is paid for is RSVBee emailing your guests on your behalf, and the automatic reminders that follow. These are bought as a one-time purchase per wedding. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in [TODO: CURRENCY].
  • One invitation covers one household, however many people are named in it.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • An invitation allowance applies to the single wedding page it was bought for and does not expire, transfer, or renew automatically.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RSVBee to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to upload unlawful or infringing content, or to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep RSVBee available and invitations delivered, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every email reaches every inbox — spam filtering is outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the wedding page in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your wedding pages and guest lists at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to data on deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account before they take effect.

10. Governing law
